Please take the time to write thoughtful job invitations for your targeted talents.

2. Please respect the offer in job invitation

By accepting the job invitation, both the business and the talent agree that when the talent successfully land to the position offered in the job invitation, both party should provide and accept the conditions, benefits and salary range given in the job invitation. Please be aware, although it is not an official job offer, the job invitation is considered as a commitment for both parties. If any violation of the content of the job invitation from either party occurs after it is accepted, the violators may be permanently banned, potentially without warning.
